Giving Back to the Community

Our PHS Class of 1972 has always been an incredibly giving and caring class, especially when it comes to the needs of our Canton community. As your reunion committee searched for a deserving community project, we sadly discovered that in Haywood County Schools we have approximately 250 homeless students and over 200 students who need regular assistance with food. We hate this need exist, but believe our Class of 72 will rise to the occasion to help those in need. We see this as our most worthwhile community project so far! If you choose to make a TAX DEDUCTIBLE contribution you may do so the night of the reunion with check or cash. Checks must be made payable to the Haywood County Schools Foundation and kept separate  from your reunion reservation. We do need your reunion reservation payment at your earliest convenience, but No-Later than July 20, 2022. For your personal records please note that your donation is to the 'Haywood County Schools Foundation' for students who are homeless and need food assistance. Thank you for your continued support of our schools, students and community.
